What is your current turn around time?
All orders are made to order. Our current turn around time is 1-2 weeks.
Where is my order?
Once your package is ready to ship you will receive your tracking notification via email. Please keep in mind that all items are made to order and the current turn around time is 1-2 weeks. USPS First class will be an additional 3-5 business days and upgraded Priority shipping will be 1-3 days. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking to update.
All orders ship First Class via US Postal Service (3-5 business days) unless you chose to upgrade to Priority Shipping (1-3 business days). Upgrading to Priority is additional costs that will be calculated at check out.
Do you accept refunds?
Since all items are made to order all orders are final sale. However, if your item is defective we will replace the item for you. You can reach out to us via email Hello@ShopGloverKids.com
We offer sizes 0-12 Months to 5T on most items. Please see the items descriptions for measurements.
My item says delivered but I did not receive it?
Once an item leaves our hands and scans with USPS we are not responsible for them. You will need to contact your local post office. All our labels are printed and include the address you included on your order. If the address is wrong we can not be responsible for wrong shipping addresses.
